Here's how to use SoWork's in-app whiteboards to collaborate with your team.
Selecting and Placing a Whiteboard
1. Start off by opening Mapmaker by pressing the B key.

2. Next, scroll over to the Office Tools category and select the whiteboard you'd like to use.

3. Place it where ever you'd like in the Office.

4. You'll also see an editing menu where you can change the colour of the whiteboard, rotate it, add an image to it, copy it, or delete it.

Using Whiteboards
1. After placing the whiteboard and editing it however you'd like, you can exit Mapmaker and walk up to the whiteboard. When there, press the F key to begin using it.

2. Remember, this whiteboard is visible to your whole Office.

3. When using the whiteboard, you'll have the option to have notes on the left side, and a drawing canvas on your right side. You can switch around this setting at the top of the screen.

4. Anything you draw or type on this whiteboard will be saved and can be accessed later :) Cool, right?

Deleting Whiteboards
1. To delete a whiteboard, open Mapmaker by pressing the B key.

2. From here, select your whiteboard and you'll see an edit menu appear on your lower screen.

3. Press the Delete key to remove this whiteboard from your Office, and poof! It's gone :)
