With our new Zapier integration, you're able to connect SoWork to other tools in your stack, saving you time and energy.

With Zapier integrations, you can choose a 'trigger' (something that happens within SoWork), and then pick from thousands of other apps to decide what happens when that trigger occurs.

Benefits of This Feature
β¨You can send your SoWork action items to Asana or Trello β¨
So, you can create a trigger that functions like this - when an action item in SoWork is created, create a task in Asana.
β¨ You can send your SoWork meeting summaries to Notion β¨
Or, your trigger can function like this - when a SoWork meeting summary is published, add it as a new page in Notion. Cool, right?
Setting Up the Zapier Integration
1. Head to our Zapier page here: https://zapier.com/apps/sowork/integrations
2. Create a free Zapier account, and select or enter the apps you use the most (including SoWork)!

3. Click on the SoWork page on the Zapier site, and scroll down to this area to select the integration you'd like to try out.

4. With this option, your Zapier trigger will be established, and you'll just need to link your SoWork office and your Asana account as shown below.

Now what? π
After setting up an integration on Zapier...
1. Any published summary will trigger the Zapier integration.
2. To push an action item to Asana (or Trello), you'll need to click the Zapier button inside the summary notes here.

That's it! You're well on your way to saving yourself some extra time - don't spend it all in one place π
