Our 'Announce' feature allows you to send out a text broadcast to your entire office whenever you'd like. This is handy for celebrations, making a quick announcement, or gathering your teammates in one place.

Folks in your space will be notified in realtime with a ping and your message displayed at the top of their SoWork screen.

Learn how to use 'Announce' Feature

1. Select the emoji button under your video tile.

2. Select here at the top of the emoji menu, or press '/'

3. From there, select Announce and type what you'd like to say to your team.

4. After typing out your message and hitting Enter, your message will be displayed on the screens of everyone in the Office.

5. This will be accompanied by a short ping to notify them of the new message.
