Chrome Browser

1. Enter into a video call/meeting and select the screenshare button in the menu under your video tile.

2. Choose your sharing option - entire screen, a particular tab, or window. Once you've clicked what you'd like to share, hit the 'Share' button.

3. That's it! You teammates will now be able to see your screen.

4. To turn off your screenshare, select the red 'Stop Sharing Your Screen' button.

SoWork Desktop App

1. Enter into a video call/meeting and select the screenshare button in the menu under your video tile.

2. Next, choose what you'd like to share.

3. To see your team while you screenshare, click Minimize to Popover.

4. You're able to toggle this on and off by clicking 'Go Back to SoWork'.

5. To change the arrangement of your team's video tiles, select your preferred option via the dropdown View menu in popover mode.

6. To turn off your screenshare, select the red 'Stop Sharing Your Screen' button while in SoWork, or the red 'Stop Screensharing' button while in popover mode.

Zooming in on the Screenshare

Click on the shared screen to enlarge it and zoom in. There's two levels of zoom here, so you'll be able to read even the smallest of text.

To do this, just click on the video bubble to zoom in multiple levels.

Need to see something that's behind the presenter's head? No problem! Just click and drag the bubble to where you'd like it to be instead.
