What is Screen Annotation?
Screen annotation is a powerful feature that allows teammates to collaborate visually during screen sharing sessions. Here’s everything you need to know to use this feature effectively:

1. How to Access Screen Annotation
- Screen annotation will only be available once you share your screen with your teammates.
- Screen annotation will only be available when sharing the entire screen or specific monitor screens from the SoWork Desktop App.
- ⚠️ Note: This implies that if you or a teammate share a screen from the browser version, Desktop with audio or just a tab or app, annotations will NOT be supported.

2. Key Features of Screen Annotation
- Annotation Permissions
- As the screen sharer, you will be able to control whether teammates can annotate on not in your screen.
- You can toggle this option at any time during the screen-sharing session.
- Color Coding for Annotations
- Each teammate who annotates will be assigned a random color for their drawings.
- This makes it easy to identify who contributed each annotation.
- Annotation time limit
- Annotations will disappear after a few seconds.
- Annotations will disappear after a few seconds.
