How to reset your password

1. Head to our website and click the Sign In button.

2. From here, choose your login method you initially signed up with.

💡Note: Make sure your sign-in method is the same one you used at your initial signup. This ensures you’ll be able to access your account and retain the information that’s associated with your login.

3. Next, if your SoWork login was linked to your Google or Microsoft account, you can reset your password through their login process, and when that's done, you'll be able to login to your SoWork account as usual!

4. If you initially signed up with a email address that wasn’t linked to your Google or Microsoft account, you can click Sign in with Email.

5. Next, enter your email that was used when you created your account.

6. After that, click, on the Forgot Password button.

7. From there, enter your email and click the Send Reset Email button.

8. You’ll receive an email from us shortly that will allow you to reset your password.

Follow these steps, and reattempt your login with your email and new password.
