In SoWork there are two default settings, available and unavailable. Easy right?
Learn how to set it up
1. To set your status to Unavailable simply select Available in your video tile and click the toggle icon.

2. After toggling you are now considered Unavailable. This means no one can connect to you for a proximity call, and you can leave a status so your team knows why you are currently unavailable.
3. To do that, simply select the status of your choice.

4. From here, you're also able to set a custom status in the text box at the top of the availability menu area. The custom status option can be used while Available and Unavailable.
5. You can edit your custom status from your video tile menu and the Main Menu text box. Just type out your status, and press the enter/return key to save it.

Other Possible Status
π‘Note: There are a few other states that your avatar can be in. If you see the following icons next to someone's name in SoWork, here's what they mean!
π€ - The user is in Idle Mode
π« - The user disconnected. This could mean they closed the SoWork tab, or that their internet went offline.
π - The user is on their way into the Office and still on the video/camera screen after logging in.
π§ - The user is in Yoga Mode! This only occurs on our free plan when you've reached your meeting limit and need to take a break before continuing.
