Getting stuck in SoWork can occur if your avatar gets trapped between furniture or walls, making it impossible to move. If you find yourself unable to navigate your virtual office, you’re likely stuck.

Using the Teleport Feature

To help you get unstuck, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Menu:

2. Navigate to the bottom right side of your screen.

3. Select the Help Icon:

• Click on the help icon to open additional options.

4. Choose ‘Teleport to Room Entrance’:

• Select the option to teleport back to the room entrance.
