Screenshare problems? You've come to the right place!
Screenshare issues are most likely a permissions issue. Luckily, it's easy to solve! Choose your OS below.
Mac Troubleshooting
1. If you are on a Mac start by opening your System Preferences.

2. Next, go to Security & Privacy

3. Finally, go to your "Screen Recording" Section and make sure both SoWork and Google Chrome have permissions depending on if you are using the App or Browser.
💡Note: Make sure that you give permissions to Google Chrome if you are using the browser version, and to SoWork if you are using the app.

This issue can occur either when your OS updates, or the SoWork app updates. If you notice you have lost your ability to screenshare after an update, check your permissions first!
Windows Troubleshooting
1. In Windows, your permissions should default be turned on. To make sure you have given access, open your settings.

2. Select Privacy and look under app permission in the left-hand toolbar.
