Here are a few tips on things to keep in mind when choosing your SoWork plan.

Free

• A free plan is…free! There’s no monthly or annual charge
• SoWork’s Free plan can be used for a maximum of 10 people
• Features are limited, including a 30-minute meeting limit, and audio-only meetings
• In this tier, no guests are included in your plan, but visitor passes can be purchased

Basic

• Basic plans are $6/member/month. This can be paid monthly or annually
• In this plan, you can have unlimited members
• Basic removes the meeting limits - including the time restriction and audio-only. Basic allows you to have as many meetings as you’d like, at any length, AND gives you a full, crisp audio/video experience
• In this tier, 2 visitor passes/member/month are included
• Basic plans also get access to our Deluxe Mapmaker items, with new stuff being released every week

Premium

• Premium plans are $15/member when paid monthly, and $13/member when paid annually
• In this plan, you can have unlimited members
• Unlimited meeting size and length, with crisp audio/video
• 3 visitor passes/member/month are included
• Access to meeting recordings, AI meeting summaries and action items, noise cancellation, and team data analytics.

Enterprise

• Enterprise plans are for teams with over 100 teammates and special requirements. Pricing is custom for these groups, so please reach out to us!
• In this plan, you have access to all Premium features, and...

• Assisted onboarding/rollout
• SCIM for automated user provisioning
• 99.99% uptime
• Custom maps and avatars

Need help deciding?

If you have less than 10 members, don’t need meeting recording, AI meeting summaries, noise cancellation, analytics, and don’t mind the 30-minute meeting limit/audio only meetings, you could choose Free.

If you have more than 10 members, don’t want any meeting or member limits, want full video/audio meetings, visitor passes, and access to Deluxe assets, you could choose Basic.

If you have more than 10 members, don’t want any meeting or member limits, want meeting recording, AI summaries and action items, noise cancellation, data analytics, more visitor passes, access to Deluxe assets, and priority support - Premium is your best option.
