Background Noise Cancellation is available for SoWork Premium Teams. 

Noise cancellation enhances the meeting experience for other participants by removing background sounds. It includes echo cancellation, noise reduction, and automatic gain control. However, it may lead to decreased performance, particularly on lower-performing machines.
