Do you want to invite a teammate right into your next meeting? You can now walk into ANY Zone in your Office, and generate a link to take people straight there!

Here's How...

1. Walk into the Meeting Zone that you'd like to invite others into.

2. If you don't have the What's Happening Menu open, look for the pink outlined Meeting Card that will appear above your lower left toolbar.

3. If you do have the What's Happening Menu open, your pink Meeting Card will appear there, under Your Current Zone.

4. You can generate and copy a link from this spot on the meeting card. Note, you must be an Admin or Teammate to invite new Visitors into your space.

5. When the invitee clicks the meeting link you've sent them, they'll immediately load into your SoWork Meeting Zone (and not at the usual room entrance), and your audio and video will connect.

6. You can also change the name of the zone by clicking on the pencil icon on the meeting card.

7. Enter the new name of the Meeting Zone, and click Save.
