Did you know we have Gifts and Awards in SoWork? You can gift your teammate a badge of recognition and show your appreciation for them :) Here's how!

Giving a Gift or Award

1. Find the person you'd like to give the gift or award to in the What's Happening Menu.

2. Click the [...] beside their name.

3. From there, select Give [person's name] a Gift.

4. Alternatively, you can also give Gifts and Awards via the Workspot Management Area in Mapmaker. To access this area, press the 'B' key and find the person you're looking to recognize/award.

5. Next, browse the Gift & Awards area and select the gift you'd like to give to this teammate.

6. From there, you'll be taken to a summary screen that will give you a more detailed description of the gift or award. If you'd like to gift this award, select the Purchase button.

💡 Note: Though the button says Purchase, all Gifts and Awards in SoWork are free at this time.

7. After that, you'll be taken to a confirmation screen. Here, you can select the Confirm Gift button.

8. Your Gift Has Been Sent! From this screen, you can give another gift, or message the person directly to send them a note about their new gift or award.
