Want to know more about the Data Analytics features that come with a Premium Office? Let's dive in!

If you've purchased a Premium Office subscription, you'll get access to some great insights, like time spent in meetings, meeting attendance, time spent in the office, team connections, and a team efficiency score.

1. To access these, while in your Premium Office, just head over to the Main Menu.

2. Next, head over to Team Analytics.

3. From there, you'll see six main sections, each loaded with data. There's Team Office Activity, My Connections, Team Connections, Meetings, Geography, and an Admin Panel. For each section, you can see data from the last week OR the last month, separated out by week, and can easily toggle between each area.

Team Office Activity

In Team Office Activity, you'll find basic stats like top emojis used, number of Mapmaker items placed, time spent in the office by teammates, and a working hours heat map. You'll also find your team's overall Efficiency Score that's calculated by how often you use SoWork's in-app productivity tools.

My Connections

When you're in the My Connections area, you'll be able to see who you've connected with the most, which connections are trending upwards, who you've connected with most recently, and which teammates are suggested to connect with next week.

Team Connections

In the Team Connections area, you'll see a lovely, robust visual that highlights each teammate, and how long they've spent in meetings with each other. You'll be able to easily scan and filter the view by teammate names, and by the size of the meeting.

Meetings

In the Meetings section, you'll find what percent of meetings you participated in, your current energy level based on time spent in meetings, how long your teammates have spent in meetings, and more!

Admin Panel

In the Admin Panel, you'll find all scheduled and spontaneous meetings at a glance for each teammate. You'll also be able to see how long each teammate spends in the office, and what times they're there. In addition, you can see each teammate's most and least connected teammates. Cool!

Geography

In the Geography area, you're able to see the distribution of teammates across the globe, and can easily view each person's working hours (and timezone) at a glance.

And there you have it - SoWork's Data Analytics feature! After upgrading to Premium, you'll see this team data appear after 1-2 weeks of data collection.
