Meeting Topic

Looking to meet with a teammate and share what you’re discussing? The Meeting Topic feature makes it easy to let others in the office know what’s happening and invite collaboration.

How to Set a Meeting Topic:

1. Walk up to connect with a teammate in the office.
2. Enter a Meeting Topic to display what your meeting is about.
3. Everyone in the office can now see your meeting and its topic in the What's Happening menu. The Meeting Topic is also editable at any time during the meeting.
4. Teammates can join by hovering over your meeting in the menu and selecting the Walk Up and Connect button. Their avatar will automatically walk over and join your call. Collaboration has never been easier!

Connections

The Connections area keeps you informed about your teammates and their availability. Let’s go through each feature in detail to help you make the most of this section.

See Who’s in the Room

Curious about who’s nearby? Check the Connections area of the menu to see everyone in the room with you.

Search for Teammates

Need to locate someone quickly? Use the Team tab in the Connections area to search for a teammate by typing their name.

Availability Status

Stay in the loop with your teammates’ availability:

• See their current status (available, busy, or offline).
• View overlap time to know how much longer they’re working today.

Energy Bar

Wondering about your teammates’ capacity for meetings? Hover over their name in the What's Happening menu to view their Energy Bar, which shows how many meetings they've attended that day and their potential capacity for more.

Invite People to Your Office

Easily invite others to join your office! Whether it’s teammates or guests, the Invite feature makes sharing access simple.

Inviting Teammates:

• Use the Invite button to send an invite link to your team members.

Inviting Guests:

• Share a guest link with external collaborators to bring them into your space without needing an account

View Your Calendar

Keep track of your schedule directly from the What's Happening menu.

Features:

1. View your upcoming calendar events.
2. Hover over the calendar section to access your Google Calendar integration settings.
3. Schedule new meetings or create calendar events directly from this menu.

Chat Access

Send direct messages to teammates right from the What's Happening menu.

How to Message Teammates:

1. Locate the person’s name in the menu.
2. Click the "..." beside their name and select Message.
3. A chat box will open for you to send your message instantly.

Games Section

Ready for a quick break or some fun team bonding? The Games section is where you can launch game sessions.

Current Games:

• Tank Wars: Start a session and customize game settings directly in the menu.

  • Play in the Arena and earn cool rewards inviting friends through the referral program!

Referral Program: Play Tank Wars to earn Rewards

From the What's Happening menu, access the referral section at the bottom to invite new users to play Tank Wars Arena with you.

How It Works:

1. Share your referral link to invite people to the platform to play Tank Wars Arena matches.
2. Earn rewards by playing Tank Wars with your friends—the more you invite & play, the more you get rewarded!

Team Overlap Blocks (TOB)

The Team Overlap Blocks section, located at the top of the What's Happening panel, helps your team coordinate shared work hours.

Features:

1. View TOB Times: See when overlap blocks occur and who should be present.
2. Manage TOB: If you’re an admin, click the Edit button to adjust settings.
3. Live TOB: When active, see who is online, busy, or offline during the block.
