Computer Related Permissions

For Macs, you will need to enable camera and microphone permissions. For camera:

  • Go to System Preferences >> Security & Privacy >> Camera and check the box for Chrome and the SoWork app.

You might already have this checked for Zoom

Browser Related Permissions

If you're using Chrome for the first time, you may need to update your browser's permissions to allow the camera and microphone to be accessed by SoWork (see Google's article here)
