✨ Creating Your Own Workspot ✨
To make yourself a Workspot that's uniquely yours, you can start by picking the spot in the office you'd like to setup, then press 'B' to open Mapmaker.
You will then see multiple categories that include walls, floors, furniture, rugs, etc. Within these categories, you'll find a massive amount of options to choose from to customize your area in any way you'd like!

As you're customizing your special spot, you can throw in a Workspot sign. These signs are found in the 'Office Tools' section of Mapmaker!
Once selected and placed, you can press 'I' to access the text/image editor. Here, you'll be able to choose your font size, bolding, and other formatting options!
⚡️ Adding an Image/Logo to Your Workspot ⚡️
Head to the 'Office Tools' section of Mapmaker and select the desired size of your floor or wall image/logo (small, medium, and large).
From there, all you have to do is select/upload your image from your computer! Easy, right? ...I chose this image of my cats.
I recommend putting a photo of your pets on the wall, but your company logo is an option too! Both look stylish!
✨ Creating Zones ✨
Making zones in your space is super helpful for designating certain areas as spots for coworking, meetings, 1:1s, interviews, town halls, stand-ups, and more!
When you create a zone, there's a dashed line around the perimeter that indicates you'll be automatically connected to anyone else in that zone, even if you're a little bit farther away than usual.
When you step into a zone, the lighting will dim around you, and the meeting area will glow! When this happens, your audio/video will begin connecting to others in the zone :)
To disconnect from others, simply just walk out of the zone!
To begin, press 'B' to open Mapmaker, and select the Zones area.
From here, you can select a predesigned zone or create your own using the dashed outlines (you can also change the color of these lines!). If creating your own zone, fill in the space with any furniture you'd like. In this category, you'll also find labels that you can place on the floor so everyone knows the purpose of that little zone! Cool, right?
